Pa-O National Development Organization is a charitable, not-for-profit organization committed to providing humanitarian assistant to Pa-O people and other ethnic people whose living along the Thai-Myanmar border and the Internally Displaced (IDP) areas. We achieve this by working in partnership with Community Base Organizations and communities to meet in needs of essential educational, health and social status to improve living standard. PNDO also works to preserve the traditional and cultural heritage of the Pa-O and other ethnic people.

Our highly motivated staff in Mae Hong Son, Thailand and Taunggyi, Lang Hko and Keng Tung provinces, Myanmar goes the extra mile to identify the most needy communities and beneficiaries. Our bottom-up approach allows us to implement, evaluate and monitor our projects to address health, educational and social needs in the most efficient and effective way.

Our activities range from health preventions and promotions for community to reduce mortality, provide assistant of educational facilities and stationeries to meet essential education and higher education, sustainable agricultural projects, capacity building and human rights trainings to CBOs and target population.
